Hand-tinted convex photograph under glass of a hunter holding a rifle with a dead cougar laying on a rack behind him. Frame size 12" x 18". Small chips to the frame. The framing was done by Midwest Portrait Studios in Portland, Oregon. The printed paper covering the back is mostly detached & curled at the edges. I have not taken the photo out, but it appears to be in fine condition. I thought the hunter looked familiar, but I was never able to identify him. The newsprint on the back of the cover the Oregonian, November 29, 1936. It should not take too much of an expert to identify the rifle, but I am not that expert.
