We do not see any indication that this is a reprint. Illustrated poster or broadside, 9 3/8" x 13 1/2". Brown ink drawing and text on light brown paper. The number "27" is written in red pencil or perhaps ink in the lower right hand corner. Translated: "In faith in Germany / we will be fate / master." Artist is Robert Fuchs. From description of former owner: "image of line drawing of man standing on right holding large stake, on left woman holding child in her arms with girl standing behind her and one child beside her, background Nazi eagle perched on top of swastika, artist's signature "Robert Fuchs" in lower right of image. text printed below image..., weekly message of the NSDAP for July 2-8, 1939." We offer this poster for sale with no, in any form or sense, support for the sentiment expressed on the poster, but as a historical artifact useful for seeing how people may be textually and graphically deceived by appeals to family and homeland. In the mid left margin are four (4) holes punched, as if the poster were taken from a binder. Else fine on card stock.
