Original orange tall folio size stapled booklet 13 1/2" x 8 1/4"). (34pp). Inside is printed what presumably are all the legal details of establishing this mine including Articles of Association. Names formally printed inside include the following: A. T. Kendrick, D. B. Vincent, L G. Witbeck, F. E. Holt, A. M. Whiteside, all of Greenwood. Lawyers associated with this document: Pringle & Whiteside, Barristers and Solicitors. Both covers have some darkening and just a bit of stain near the spine Front cover has a pressure ridge of about 4" with a portion of it cut; back cover has three chips. Text block in very good condition. Greenwood was in an ore rich area of the "Boundary Country" of southern British Columbia for many years about and after 1900. Very scarce.
