Edward Lovelock & John Ewing are summoned to appear before the court upon complaint by Edwin Powell & George Love, otherwise they'll be nailed for (almost four hundred dollars). Deputy Sheriff Edmondson was unable to find them "after due diligence and inquiry" in Boise Co., I.T. Bond stamps affixed. Originally folded twice. Vg.
