Original illustrated RARE booklet in folded wrappers describing dental procedures and prosthetics. 86pp. Doctors Christopher and Golbeck practiced at 339 So. Wabash Ave in Chicago. Dr. Christopher was a graduate of the Chicago College Dental Surgery in 1902 and Golbeck from the same in 1898. Illustrations include pictures of the practice's space with one page giving instructions on "Advisory Service and Personal Supervision" Other pages have headlined "Casting Gold and The Metals of the Platinum Group," "Demonstration Samples," Refining Precious Metals," "C. & G. Casting Gold," "Modern Denture Construction: Articulation and How to Obtain it," " Chair Technique," "Outlining Areas for Compression and Relief," "Compound and Plaster Impressions." All these are followed by page after pages of illustrations of casts, molds, etc. There is a full page "Index to Illustrations for Quick Reference" in the rear and the last printed page has an application form for "Opening A Charge Account" and a "Request for Quotation." with a diagram. I am not sure whether to call this a sales manual, instruction manual, case reference for instruction purposes, or all three. But it is superlatively rare. Very good condition, but the silk tie ribbon is torn and incomplete.
