1st printing thus of Frenchy's restaurant menu circa 1955. 8 1/2" x 11 folded. Black printing on red construction-like paper. Small box on cover with logos of agencies that recommended Frenchy's: Holiday Award, Gourmet Commended, Duncan Hines, & AAA. The menu inside covers most of the 17" x 22" layout, and carefully stapled at the top left side are two additional sheets with special menu offerings from Australian Hare & Kangaroo to African Hippopotamus. Frenchy's offered the most interesting and presumably completely delicious menu: fish, game, surf, turf, prairie, mountain, savannah, etc. Fine condition & rare.
