This is a rare little item containing quite an assortment of ballads, hymns, and songs, many of them tearjerkers such as "She is More to be Pitied than Censured," "Hobo Bill's Last Ride," "The Convict and the Rose," "Ninety-Nine Years," "Over the Hills to the Poorhouse," etc. and perhaps a few familiar ones. We locate only one copy in libraries and it being a mere 12pps long and with illustrations, published in 1892. This item contains no musical scores, just words. Moderately soiled covers and mild wear. No tears or chips.
