1st printing thus of this edition circa 1910. Oblong cord-tied wraps, approx. 12" x 10". Twenty-four (24) sepia photos of the Canadian Rockies & Selkirks, and also with photos of the present Trans-Canada route through the Fraser Canyon and to Victoria. Mt Assiniboin is an added (oval) photo on the cover & is slightly hand-tinted. Two-page "Descriptive Index of Views." We date this booklet according to the existing structure of both the Lake Louise lodge & Banff Springs Hotel. The overlapping cover edges are moderately chipped as is usual. Some vertical crayon marks in the upper center of the front cover have been erased, but with mild streaks of erasure remaining (no abrasion of paper). Good. Now scarce.
