Cloth. 190pp. Illus/photos. Inscribed on the ffep to noted Spokane bookman, Jerome Peltier, by "an old friend", Forrest R. Stone, who was Supt. of the Wind River Agency, & further inscribed on the same by Mrs. Frank Baney. One photo in the book is of "Frank Baney at Jimmy Bagle (sic) Cabin, Eureka". Jimmy Boyle has written his name beside the photo. Laid in is also a card with the signatures of Victoria Baney (Frank's wife) & Forrest Stone. Baney, described by his biographer as "all man", served as 1st sheriff of Lincoln Co., Montana, 1910-1947. A great, collectible, association copy. Fine in dj. Very scarce. Not in Adams.
