Middle fold is a full hand-drawn map looking over Colorado Springs to Pikes Peak. Info on Cheyenne Mountain, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, etc.. Someone has written "Hyland Court" & made an asterisk near one corner. Good+. A little bit edge torn & slightly worn. Scarce! I have found no other copies or issues.
