Not a book. Original printed 5 3/4" x 9 1/4" order sheet directed to a Kansas City wholesaler, signed by Broderick, "Please send me one Barrel or cask of Blue Ribbon beer and Obligor". (an obscure word referring to giving a bond). Couple of old ink stamps on front, "Pabst Brewing Co. Received." & a Special Commissioner's Exhibit stamp dated in 1906. 1/16" hole in middle of sheet, else fine.
