1st printing thus of this guide and directory, April, 1909, printed as No. 304. 12mo wraps with front cover sporting the title and several ads, and the back cover sporting one full ad. 160pp filled with all sorts of data. Bound in rear is approx 10" x 20" folding map of Manitoba and Western Canada (which is Alberta in this volume) with rail routes, roads, etc. Inside the back cover is a full add for Watson's No. 10 Scotch with an unhappy Scotsman who says, "An I've left ma siller in ma breeks." Laid in is a 5 3/4" x 10 1/4" folding map of Winnipeg. A very good copy of a rare Manitoba guide book. Only a couple of copies located in world libraries.
