Part III: "Sunday Newspapers Accorded a Circulation of 1,000 and Upwards". Part IV: "Class Publications Accorded a Circulation of 1,000 and Upwards". Part V: "New Newspapers". The title page continues by saying, "A description of all the newspapers and periodicals published in the United States and territories, Dominion of Canada and Newfoundland, adn of the towns and cities in which they are published." Oh, my goodness, what an incredible resource! Hinges are broken. Covers well attached, but in need of repair. Very scarce.
