n.p. n.p., 1930. Manuscript. Hardcover. Collectible Good. Item #5033023
Original lab book on the subject bound in black boards with screwed rivets. Paper label on cover with "Photometric Measurements" written in. Unpaginated, but perhaps 66--75 leaves. Because several of the "Test Log Record Sheets" are imprinted, "Columbia University Engineering Department" it is possibly that the class the student attended was there. The "workbook" contains a combination of mimeographed experiments with calculations, texts, and drawings in the student's hand. Interspersed are several leaves of blue plates showing distribution curves, etc. They appear to be mainly or entirely about light distribution. The first mimeographed page, dated Feb. 1, 1928, is titled, "Incandescent Lamp Data / Multiple Lamps." This workbook is used but is in good sound condition. It seems to me to be very hard to find original student lab notebooks of this nature and so crammed with experiments and information.
