Artist Randy Steffen was the Managing Editor and his color drawing, "Big Jim's Christmas Story" adorns the front cover, and is the feature article. Publication info says, in part: "... devoted to all types of equestrian sports, Horse Breeding and Training, designed to bring together for mutual benefit the admirers of all types of riding horses..." Near vg copy but with some mustiness and back cover has a couple of edge tears, closed. Very scarce in any issue.
