Original color photo taken in the late 1980s by the seller. "She Who Watches" is a famous pictograph on the Washington side of the Columbia River and access has been since the 1990s "by guided tour only." If I recall, this is a glossy print made from a transparency as at that time those were the only photos I took. Very nice looking with great color and in a nice frame, which has a couple of tiny nicks. 5" x 7" in 7 3/8" x 9 3/8" frame.
